The first is the heat sealing temperature: when setting the heat sealing temperature, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of the heat sealing material, the film thickness, the number of heat sealing and pressing, and the heat sealing area. Under normal circumstances, when the same part is pressed more frequently, the heat sealing temperature can be appropriately set lower. The second is the heat-sealing pressure, and the timing of heat-sealing must also be mastered. The key is the heating method: heating at both ends, so as to determine the quality of the nozzle packaging bag to be symmetrical to the bottom seal.

 

The production of nozzle packaging bags is roughly divided into the following steps:

1. Design: Design the layout of the packaging bag according to customer requirements.

3. Printing: Print the pattern through a printing machine.

4. Laminating: Laminating two or more layers of films.

6. Slitting: Slitting is to split the cured packaging film according to the size requirements.

7. Bag-making: Bag-making is to make packaging film into finished packaging bags one by one with corresponding bag-making equipment according to corresponding requirements.

8. Hot mouth: Hot mouth is to burn the suction nozzle on the finished bag.
