Many customers do not know that there will be a MOQ when customizing packaging bags, so they will only order dozens or hundreds of packaging bags. It is not because the manufacturers dislike the small quantity and make money, but because the equipment, raw materials and labor costs are not allowed.

1. Equipment. Nowadays, coffee packaging bag manufacturers generally use high-speed color printing machines. Every time the machine is turned on and off, the machine cannot stop immediately during the process of deceleration, so a lot of waste will be generated. If the quantity is small, it may even be lost. The cost is more than that.

2. Raw materials. Coffee packaging bag manufacturers need to order raw material films, and each order has a minimum order quantity. If the quantity is too small, the remaining raw materials may only be discarded, because it is uncertain whether the next customer will use the same size raw materials film.

3. Labor cost. Every time a packaging bag is produced, the preparatory work may take 3-4 hours, and the actual production of the coffee packaging bag only takes a few minutes, so it will be a waste of labor costs.
