What are the requirements of custom coffee bag design？

When we customize coffee bags, we usually ask advertising companies to design. However, intaglio color printing design requirements are many, specifically speaking, there are the following:

1、Format

Usually, the design manuscript provided by the bag manufacturer to the plate-making factory needs to be in PS format, but because of the difference in color separation and plate-making methods, some plate-making factories also need AI format files.

2、Resolution

The resolution of the source file required by the plate factory is generally 300. If the bag is relatively small, the resolution needs to be made into 400.

3、Color pattern

CMYK mode is required for the source files of the plate factory. RGB mode files cannot be used for intaglio printing.

4、The number of colors

Because most of the printing plants use color printing machines only 9 colors, so your design manuscript source file color can not be more than 9, there are also some large color printing plants have 12 color printing machines, but relatively rare, in order for you to have more choices, it is recommended that your design manuscript color is not more than 9.
